Never Received Batteries

Follow-up from previous post. Guess I was lucky that I did not receive after reading about their shoddy merchandise. Today I called Pay Pal, through which EMTC was paid and got a credit on my transaction with them through Pay Pal. They want others to call with complaints of bad service / merchandise and get credit also, along with perhaps they will be dropped from merchant list if enough complaints made. I sent e-mail to EMTC advising don't send me anything, cancel order, do not want defective merchandise.
