Property subsidence claim 100k plus and 40k damage caused dragged out over 8yrs ridiculous offer of 20k nothing for the damage

AXA: insurance claim outstanding for 8yrs in (febuary 2012). This is about a subsidance claim that is worth 100k plus and axa insurance loss adjusters, Crawfords & Co, have caused damages of over 40k in the period 2008

I asked for a cash settlement as i no longer had faith in their abilities, or their builders. Their offer was for only 20k, a fraction of the claim value and nothing for the damages they caused.

This is almost 8 yrs later and they are still dragging their heels!!! On the offer... Hope you can help, my life has been HELL. I hope you can restore my faith and offer some support as i am almost at breaking point.
