We placed an order on Tuesday, December 6 in the am. The purchase was for 1 pair of UGG boots. The credit card was charged on that same day as purchase, but we cannot get in touch with this company for either a confirmation number or a tracking number. We have emailed them, repeatedly, but no response. I really hope we have not been scammed! We called our credit card company and they said it is a company from China and that they were researching more...
