Requested a secured loan. Sent in the required security deposit. Loan was denied. Refund was requested, assured refund would be provided. I originally spoke with an individual by the name of Todd Wallace. Date of request 11/08. The 1st amount sent was $730.00, which would pay the loan up to 6 mos. Spoke with another representative by the name of Vincent Davis by phone and via email at vdavis@southatlanticcommerce.com. He explained that my loan was not approved due to credit rating. Another provider was found, but in order to recv the loan another $730 was needed. That would pay the loan up to 12 mos. The monies were asked to be sent to a person by the name of Adam in Morocco. After sending the monies, then was told that the lender dropped out of the deal. He said he could find another lender. When he did, he stated that they were asking for an additional 1480.00 to be sent. When asked why cant the monies from the original loan be used. Would not answer the question, and implied that I wasn't understanding what he was explaining to me. I could not send another 1480.00. An email was sent to me stating that I would recv a refund in the full amount including the Western Union charges.
