Ordered trial samples of cream x 1 and serum x 1. Credit card was debited for the appropriate amounts of postage only. The items were larger than I would have expected for trials but nevertheless I accepted them in good faith as trials and started to use them. Within two weeks my card was debited for the full cost of cream and serum. I then realised that I had in fact received the full size items and not trials. So I have been debited for 4 items but got only 2. I contacted my credit card company who transferred me directly to the company in the US. I asked that the order be cancelled and I immediately received an email confirming same. It is imperative that you cancel the order otherwise you will receive the itmes every month and be billed accordingly. Seemingly you have entered into a legal binding contract that allows the company to bill you monthly so please be warned. It is hidden in the smallest of print in the history of the world!
