STAY AWAY FROM PAMFAX
I contracted PamFax service and used it once. After a while, I got an email saying I needed to put more money or the account would be closed. Pamfax stated that I would get a refund for unused balance. Once I requested it they said my account didn't exist. They claimed I cancelled the account before requesting the refund which I didn't and that is why they have no record of my account. I sent them all the emails they sent me along with all receipts I had. How can they have no records of my account? What happened with their accounting records? This has been going back and forth for weeks and it has been a terrible experience with no resolution.
