I ordered Beats from the website and never received any information about shipping and such. I tried contacting them and got nothing. A couple weeks later they broke I contacted the company and have yet to get a response. I has received any email from a different company so I tried contacting them. I have been getting the run around since I first tried contacting them. I tried contacting my bank about trying to dispute the charge and they said they can't do anything until I return the item. I have tried contacting the company and the third party company that charged me and still nothing. It's so frustrating.
