I have just discovered on my internet bank statement that £44.85 has been taken from my account by Hydglobal.com. My bank informed me of the company name. I have not requested nor authorised this payment.
I wish this money to be refunded to my account immediately and any further transactions to be cancelled.
I do not know how this has happened!
The amount was calculated @ exchange rate USD 0.64/£ on 3-12.
