Same person always answers requesting fa my social to be mailed along with my id and wont relase my money r card irvine

I moved adress n lost my card i ask for a new one the same person who i spoke with 2 weeks ago answers the phone everytime i call as if she is the only employee and always asking for me to mail in my id and social card and wont give me a reason y. This is a scam plz dont go with this company
