Platinum trust card deducted $19.00 out of my bank account that i never authorized them todo when i called to find out what they were and why they took money from me they asked for my s.S.N. And hung up on me. I then called them again they asked for my social again and then sent me to a recording that was with a email address to cancel the card that we never applied for or recieved when i called the email was hard to understand and i went to there website and found another email account through them and it says that that email is invalid and i hav e no way of cancleing my so called card with them, they now have all my personal information and i have no way of stopping them and now because of them i have to change banks so they cant get free money from me!
