They say delivery time of 20 minutes or less but it's been an entire month and i still have not recieved my Gold for the online game Runescape. They always tell me the supplier is offline and will be back later and they will email me when they are online. I have never received any emails. They always say, "come back in 4 hours, and 7 hours, and 11 hours, and tomorrow" and when I come back, they just tell me more crap like that. I asked for a refund and they say only the manager can do it and they are not in yet. I read reviews on usacomplaints.com about them and MANY other people have the same issue. I just want my Gold or I want my money back, please help, i've been going to their online communication thing almost every day, like i just want to throw my laptop already this is so wack...
