Asically the whole thing was a scam to do with getting free food and discounts on travel ect they pretended to be part of the food stamp association so i answered their questions and everytime i wouldnt agree they would stop the spanish speaking lady on the tape and say you have to say yes to this fee but you wont be charcged i kept saying i just want my food stamps and the man from california said at the end we will get to this he charged me 8.99 then 25.00 was also taken from my personal checking acct i called 3 numbers that they gave me to cancel and still the directentbook some sort of discount book was still taking money from my acct even when i threatened them with my lawyer she then said you have to send the book back and i would be reimbursed so i sent the book back first class so it had to be signed to proove it had been given back and still no 25.00 or 8.99 back into my acct i check each week they deserve to be prosicuited to the full extent i'm a single mom of 2 boys and have a hard time w/groceries and money/living expences would someone please take action i would but i dont have the telephone numbers i'm totally disgusted and feel taken advantage of thanks for listening if anyone can please help me my name is kris mcgovern of raynham, ma if i have to im going to change all of my acct numbers thanks kris
