A counter check for $37.95 made out to UKeepVoip was drawn against my bank acount on 12/2. I never authorized this, nor have a ever even received a communication from these guys. I finally got a hold of a custome service rep who promised to refund the $37.95. I doubt that will ever happen as he sounded dumber than a bag of rocks.

I filed a dispute with my bank who will refund my money. I also filed a complaint with the BBB, and the Delaware State's Attorney's office.
