Much like other users, responses stopped after signing up. My suspician was that my messages weren't even getting through to those I was sending them to. I decided to look into this further by asking a friend of mine to sign up for the free membership. I then sent her a message. She did not receive it (she showed me her account with no messages received). I sent a 2nd message. She didn't receive it. I contacted technical support, who replied very promptly that my account is working fine. I gave them the example above and they still refused to do anything about it.
