Had the free sample shipped to me as well. I contacted the company (877-869-3304). They said there was a section that said you had to notify within 18 days. I explained to the lady that the product did not work for me & that I saw no such disclaimer on the sight. Fortunately (I hope) she gave me a refusal # to place on the package when it arrives & told me just to return it. Hopefully they are telling the truth. So anyone with the same problem try calling that #. Hopefully this will solve the problem.
