Permier Benefits ripoff fraudulant deduction of my bank account not giving me correct info

On Feb 17 I recived a deduction on my bank account for a credit card 299.00. It is now May 14, I still havent recieved any information. Every time I call the company I get a gentleman by the name of daniel Lewis who is nasty and rude. They say I will not get a refund. I just want my money back.
