Ordered hair product on 10/31... On November 30th I contacted the company via e-mail (only way you can) and they responded with a very long detailed policy. It basically said I could wait from 5-21 days not including weekends or holidays. Ok, it is now December 3rd - 24 working days later... No product and now no response from company.
