Applied for an online to be preapproved. Got an email saying i was approved and that i was charged a $19 application fee after the fact. But my application wasnt completed because it was pending due to items to be faxed to them from which i never faxed. My bank said they tried twice to collect the fee. They should be stopped and refund each and every one their money back plus damages. This makes me sick to my stomach to know they are probably going to this to other people.
