Magazine sales ripoff

The rip off was from a sales person known as Tiffany Wonder who promised that upon buying the magazine from her, there is some awards (points) added and that the person with the highest points will win a trip to Cancun.
This was on the 24th day of November and I have not received the magazine for since then and I have been waiting. I have the Receipt for $25.00 which I made and a receipt Number 3944556 was made for me. I still have the receipt.

All that I want is the promise fullfilled, ie 22 issues of PC magazine sent to me or a refund of my money.
