This company took my money $2400.00 promised to lower my rate from 10% to 4% they keep saying they were talking to my lender and never did. I tryed to call and the phone is disconnected. They acted like a govenerment company and they were not. They even gave me a number for a govenerment agency and that was false. I was told not to pay my mortgage good thing I did pay it because I would be living in the street.
