This company advertised a trial product for £1.99 and another for £4.99 so i paid for both i also bought a product for £19.99, this was about a month ago, in the 30th a parcel from this company was delivered to me, i did not order this item, i phoned them and they said they could not cancel it for three months, so i was going to have this item delivered to me for three month, i told them i would be going to the newspaper about this and she said she would see what she could do, this is not good enough i am a pensioner and can, t afford to lose this money how dare they take the money from my account so i do not know if i will receive my money back i am so upset about this matter.
