Cost me One Million Dollars by throwing and not filing a case against a Doctor that caused my Stroke

Richard Haynes did not file the caes against a Doctor who cause me to have a stroke that paralized my left side. I filed a case against the Mayor of Houston Bill White for refusing to have the Police Chief Harold Huritt t5o do his job. I had reported the abuse to the police. Held on to the information for the doctors insurance company that I needed to file against. The statue of limitation ran out after he sent me back the rest of the case. The bar association would nothing. Texas Bar is a bunch of criminals! Haynes threw the case because Bill White is his personal friend.'if you know any attorney who would file against Haynes tell him to run an ad in the Observer Newspaper in Humble Texas in December.
