$11.99 was deducted from my account on 9-9-11,10-14-11, and 11-14-11. I have not received anything for this amount nor have I received and informations, updates anything that is associated with this company. I will just change banks because you will not get another dollar out of me for nothing in return. I am not understanding where or why this is all happening??? Please help!!
