Went to use my check card, which was declined. Went online to view my statement and there was a charge for $99.49 that I did not authorize. Now I have to file a fraud claim, fill out paperwork to be reviewed, and wait minimum of 10 business days to get my money back. What the hell is going on as I see numerous complaints of the same nature. Does anyone know what this so called company is?
