Rip Off

They wanted me to take a ATM for the getting of my fund. My 35,000, 000,000. So they wanted me to pay after i found out i had to pay 13,860.00. I told them i didnt have it we would have to do some thing or i would have to cancel it and have my money moved back to the bank and not take the ATM card. So on 9-13 11 they sent me a deal and i ok it and sent them a email and sent them a email telling them i would send the money. It was to send 4185.00 and then send 10% after my first transfer back to them to finish the balance. So i went and borrowed the funds and two hrs later sent the money. A friend sent the money and his dad loaned me the money and he sent the money due to the last time i sent money Western Union i couldn't. And two days later the guy was off and after he came back but i sent the mtcn the same day and they were to send me the pin within 2 hrs and they didn't and i havent seen it and now they want the rest of the money and want to for get the deal they first gave me so and wont give me my money back either.
