I just went and check my account and 30.00 was taken out of my account without my knowledge. So I have contacted my bank and they are checking into this and it will take up to 10 days. This is very hard for those of use that are trying to do the right thing. I email this company and they got back to me trying to get me to do a loan with there company and all I want was my money back period, they told me it would take up to 3-7 days to get it back into my account I have filed a complaint on them as well.
