I offered to sell a living room couch for $300 in craig's list. This man emailed that he will buy it and said that he will send me a cashier's check for $1250.00, which I should deposit, and I did receive and deposit the check in my account. He asked me to wire him $830 of the money thru Western Union, and pay $76 for the transfer fee, which I did. I realize he has done the same thing to others by giving fake checks. He used the name 'Gerald Fuerbatcher', email of 'geraldfuer@aol.com', and the money recipient was 'Roy Webster' in Amarillo, TX.
