I ordered some Nike T-5 Astro turf boots from http://www.cheapcleatssoccer.com - paid using FashionPay.

Money was taken straightaway from my account, yet they did not e-mail me an Order No.

Have contacted the Instant Messaging Help on the site, spoke to someone called "Christina", who said the item is no longer available. I asked for her to cancel the order and give me a refund - she replied that it will take upto 12-20 weeks for a refund.

Have e-mailed them many times, but no response.

There are a number of websites which i believe belong to the same company - all with the same layout/options etc. All use Fashionpay as a payment means.
