VERY UNHAPPY bank review

I am very unhappy with chase, i have recreived a letter of defult on my property and a notice of the right to forclose. But the thing is that i am very much current on my mortgage. Yes thats right i am very much current on my mortgage. I have spoken with customer service four times about this and customer service employee stated, "that they do not understand why i have been sent out those letters and that i need to speak with my adviser, and they will inform her of this matter and she will call me back asap". That was yesterday. So i called her today and guess what? She was out to lunch. Again she will call me back asap. What chase do not understand is this is my home and this is very important to me, not go to lunch when you are talking about taking someone home away from them when you do not have the right too. Please can someone and anyone buy my loan from chase!
