I searched for work from home jobs and this company called me. I signed up for $299. (with Thomas DeSchryver) and set up an account with Duvera to have an additional $3000. Financed for further advertisement and sessions. I did read that the rescind period is 3 days. I had my first coaching session from Brad of the coaching department. He gave me an assignment to post something on Ebay for starters. I was not impressed. This period happened over a weekend so the 3-day business period could have been by Nov. 1 or 2nd, (unspecified in the contract what date the resind period is) I did the handwritten letter and got it sent out to arrive by certified mail by November 2nd @ 3pm EST. That would be earlier PST or MT. I have called and I also told the coach, Brad I would cancel my next session for 2 days later. He got the word by email and has not called back. I called Thomas "deshriver" maybe not spelled correctly but I do have his name saved on another note, if you need it.) i called today and got his email. Duvera is the finance company counterpart. I was billed but it was declined by my bank on November 27th so that tells me nobody is addressing my cancellation request... Should i say refund request.
I have saved all handwritten notes and emails received including the contracts. I would prefer to be contacted by email and given numbers to call or would like to know a contact person who would call me. I am so tired of trying to make an income and people taking advantage of us.
I appreciate the help. I plan to file police report and report to the attorney general of Utah, and FBI.
