Same thing happened to me that happened to all. I tried to order a toy, got all my info in (including the 3 digit PIN on the back of my card) and it said it was not a valid card number. Then, the info disappeared. There is no contact info for this company, not even an email address. Of course, that card has been cancelled. I will look into a company more closely before I place an order from now on.
