Needed to have a damaged floor replaced in a hurry as my wife is expecting in a matter of weeks and the floor is in the soon to be nursery. Empire Today arranged to have Ken come to our house on a Saturday to complete the order. He was extremely pleasant to deal with and had our order written up in no time while still happily answering any of our questions.
