Vanguard detectives are ran where the employees put money into the companys pocket. When I worked for the company in Dallas they issued me a patrol car. The stipulation for this was that all repairs, gas, maintenance costs comes out of the employees pocket without reimbursements. This means that if the patrol car you drive gets a flat tire, you pay for a new tire
out of your own pocket. Ive seen one employee have to replace the alternator and pay for the garage fees.

When I was deployed by the military for the fires, vanguard terminated me the day I returned back for work. If you work for vanguard detectives in Dallas they require that you come in on your off days or lose a scheduled work day permanently.
