Miscellaneous

Someone from eastpoint told called and said I was approved for a $6000 debt consolidation loan. I spoke to a gentlemen and he went Over in detail the loan agreement and documentation that was needed. Since my credit is bad I didn't see it to be far fetched that it was a secured loan. I sent 560 originally then the day I was suppose to receive my money, and man named Gary Bennett called and said my loan was reassessed. I needed to leave 3 more months collateral, however I wouldn't make a payment for 7 months. The day I was to receive my money after my assessment mr bennett calls me to say the lender backed out! So upset with the whole situation I told him I wanted a refund! He apologized and said well if you send $1300 more i can get you a $12,000 loan! At that point i told him this was crazy and i want my refund. He said i will have the money by december 1st and i recieved a letter of refund. Their website is gone and no one is picking up my calls! I was alarmed by the whole western union bit, but I looked on BBB and on their website and it seemed ok. So I went against my better judgement, just so desperate to get out of debt and so happy I was finally being given a chance. I was a fool and should have known better! These people are terrible human beings and deserve nothing but punishment!
