I was looking on line for a rc truck and found a supplier from made in China.com. I started a dialogue with this supplier and they agreed to a price and said that they would ship the r/c truck to me after they verify my payment. I sent them the payment and they now say that they will not ship my parcel unless I order 5 of them. They also said that they will not refund my money untill they have sold all of their supply.
