Ripoff, cheat, liars, company is no more than a scam

December 19, ordered a pair of shoes from JDMarvel. As of today, May 11, have yet received the shoes or a refund which I requested several times with the company. I sent a check to them for 17.90, and they have cashed the check and pocketed the money, and have sent nothing. As of today, May 11, '04, the companys phone numbers no longer work. Have contacted BBB over this company.
