Disguise to make you think you are on the usps area

On nov 26 I went to change my address temp.

Went to usps since iam not used to computers i clicked on to change my address and paid $6.99. I printed out the confirmation and realized it was not the usps. I tried to cancel by reply, i did it 3 different times the e-mails were returned.

So i tried another area Bridgevin Co. Which is supposed to be part in some fashion. I really think i will not get a refund— I hve a feeling they are a fly by night co.
