I received a charge on my disability debit card for 10.65. I called the customer service number at BOMC and was told that I would be credited back the money because they couldn't even find an account that matched my name and address. As of today, the money has not been put back into my account. I have received nothing from this company and if i do or did, it would have been sent back immediately. I am a single mom on disability and do not have the money to spend on things like this. At no time did i give anyone or any company permission to take money out of my debit card. Please get this matter taken care of as soon as possible. Thanks so much. Nancy Lee Smith

I'm on SSI disability as my only income, Wirefly had a company called Simplicity take 400.00 out of my checking account using my debit card without warning. They talk a good talk and blame it on every Took 4 hundred dollars out of my checking account!

Book of the month Keeps Charging me 10.95 every month for something I cancelled years ago. I have called many times and they still keep charging me. I have also filed many disputes with my credit card company
