Faulty Sole Material

I have been using a Sperry Topsider walking shoes for about two years on and off and at times using other shoes. The shoes were bought from a Sperry dealer in Turkey. However I have realized that I have very slippery surface resulting from hardening and cracking of the bottom layer. It caused me slip and slide. So I stopped wearing them even though the shoes are in very good shape. I have photos showing the defect and you can verify it as well. Could you kindly give me an email address so I can send them to you. I would like to be given a new pair of shoes for compensation. The number on the shoes: 9.5M 0617514 F-7CH196.
