Received an email saying they were automatically renewing, sent them one stating I do not use this product and do not bill me. Checked my checking acct. And sure enough they took the money out of my acct. Took forever to find a phone number for them and when I did it was nearly impossible to understand the person I spoke to. They have supposedly canceled but now it will be at least 10 days for the refund. Ripoff!!!
