I am a dentist bought a disability insurance from this company in they were increasing my premium every yr and correspond well in first 2 yrs, after my the last payment in October of $1522 after they bill me twice after cashing the check I called the companies 8 times on all of their numbers, wrote letters they are not responding. And their advertisement on internet state that they are in business for 40 yrs and they are related with Hartford Insurance company. Is this a fraudulent company who had cheated me for years. Their address is Hillsboro Executive Center north. 350 Fairway Drive Suite 200. Deerfield Beach Fl 33441-1834. And they are collecting the Premium through the Company call
