Signed up for a free trial, only had to pay for this shipping & handling... Received a welcome and order confirmation e-mail, but never the product. Much to my horror, the company has been charging my credit card every week for unauthorized renewals. When I saw the charges on my cc statement, I replied to my "order" confirmation advising them of the unauthorized charges, then they kindly charged me again. The running total over a period of 4 weeks is in excess of $350. I tried calling their customer service line for North American and the UK, but guess what... It's an answering machine, not even an answering service. What a scam.

I have reported the fraud to my bank who will be reversing all charges, and who are equally aware of this group of fradulant companies. I would strongly urge anyone who has been similarly defrauded to contact their banks and post a warning for all to read.
