Returned product which was received by Strixaderm on 9/28. Have yet to receive refund. When I called on 11/8 to inquire about the status of my refund I was told a refund would be received in 3 - 30 days from that date. Of course I was upset and demanded that the funds be returned in 3-5 business days. When I called since that didn't happen I was told that it was human error on their part that a refund had not been generated when the product was returned and that it was out of their hands and up to the bank to now refund my monies which I was assured was in process. Total bs.
