Comercial aired over 102.3 in Tallahassee, offering $1000 in grocery savings for the "one time fee" of $19.95.in addition, supplementary programs are offered for "free" for the first month, however, charges from various companies were applied before the 30-day limit had arrived (less than a week from date listed). The phone number advertised, (800) 295-2565, began directing all of my calls to a different company, who claimed to have no affiliation with the Advanced Grocery Savings (AGS) program, however, offered the exact same savings platform, only with $2000 in savings. The customer service lines were found illegitimate within 14-days of the initial charges. The "owner" of the AGS program eventually made contact with me, after I filed complaint with the radio station and a police report with the Leon County Sheriff's department. Through a verbal contract, he committed to refund the $19.95, but the monies have yet to be received. The report in question is still open, and details will be provided as they are available.
