Asically they took 109.95 outof my account for a cigarette that I didi not recieve. I had talked to someone about 2-3months ago and i was interested in a soke assist cig that was being advertised for FREE, when you get them on the phone then you need to give a credit card number for the shipping and handling charges, which is $9.95. I never seen the charges taken out for 9.95 nor didi i recieve a cigarette. Now on Wednesday the 23rd I find out that $109.95 was taken from my account for Smoke assist. I have called and talked to A Joy, Elaine and a Janice. All these women sound just alike and they do not know who their Managers name not the name of the perrson who owns the company. The machines are all down and they cannot pull up your account or bascilly nothing. Th say call back on Monday and there machine will be back up, how do you know this? I am HIGHLY P-OFFED and WANT MY MONEY BACK THAT THEY TOOK WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. Someone help. My bank is no help either. They cannot stop they charges. This is a d-shame
