I requested a sample product at a cost of £5 which was delivered on the basis that if the product was not satisfactory I would not be billed for £51.00 on a regular basis. I emailed to this effect in August and had confirmation of this by return. However I have a biling dated 13 November on my VISA account with a debit of £51.00. I called Revitaderm earlier this month as a projuct had been sent, spoke to Lesley via 0808 168 3684 to say there must have been a mistake and the order was cancelled. I am very disappointed in a clear breach of funds taken from my VISA account despite emailing I did not want to have the product. The phone number links to an American voice and one has to hold for a very long time.
