Ripoff fraudlent credit card billing

Galleria usa is a total ripoff, we checked our credit card charges and they have billed us for 249.95 dollars, we have never heard of this company, so I get on the internet and find pages of complaints about them from many different states.

I am just furious, why can't someone get these people, I am calling the Attorney General of my state, the better business bureau, and anyone else I can think of calling. Maybe if enough people complain we can get some national news coverage.
