Ack in oct i sent for the free trial, had to pay the 1.99 and shipping charged to my CC, by the time i got the product you had two days to decide if you liked it or to cancel and send it back, i was told on the phone that if i kept the trail offer i would be charged 19.95 or they would provide me with an RMA to ship it back so i did so, well i was never charged the 19.95 so i assumed that they got there stuff back, but today on Thanksgiving i was checking my bank account and low and behold there is another charge from them posted today, for 78.41 of course no one picked up the phone when i called so i went to the web site and it said that my membership was already canceled yet they are charging me I don't think so, this will not end here i can promise you that.
