I ordered the cd for grant asssistance and then was directed to check out thr website before i got thr cd. The website was useless, i then called to cancel. Dont remember who i spoke to. My accont was still chargeed almost $60.0 and bouce3d my account leaving me with a $29.00 over draft fee. I did not authorize for this happen. I expect a refund in the amount of $59.61 and a confimation email showing that this was unauthorized so i can atempt to get back the overdraft fee from my bank.
