Scams like this targets people who can afford it less. I recieved a letter that if i pay au25 dollars registration fee, i could recieve 15000 dollars, how can i win this money when i have not entered any competions. And why if they were holding that sort of money in my name would they ask for 25 dollars and not subtract it from the winnings. I did not pay any money and do not intend to do so. There should be some law some where to stop this.
